I miss the cell phones that had LCD displays rather than the mostly useless color displays, which eat batteries for lunch. I had LCD phones that would keep a charge for two weeks, even when turned ON!

I won't admit to being hard of hearing, but I have been known to put one of the new fangled phone in speaker-phone mode and hold it up to my ear.

Say what?

Smart move by these companies. With older clients a key to getting them to buy is letting them know how the product will make their lives better. Often sales pitches merely go over features without the benefits. Retailers would be wise to give their sales staff intergenerational training. Otherwise, they'll miss out on a huge market.
