As I play with Windows live, clicking the various destinations, I seem to jump around to so many different areas of Microsoft, which existed on their own before. The experience feels disconnected.

Why is it that so many Microsoft offerings seem so fragmented?

When will we see added functionality to Live Mesh?

You should try the Flock web browser. That manages to incorporate ALL updates from flickr, twitter, facebook etc, and you can really keep track of everyone on these sites.

so the $240 million microsoft invested in facebook wasn't enough to work out an integration with FB/live.com?

i've tried these, you can feel the hooks digging into you as you use these tools... it's sort of a so-so offering in all these markets, none are nearly best of breed.

It all sounds good but isn't there a concern regarding Microsoft security in light of the flaws reported in Digital Daily and Chris Noll's blog?
